We do not provide maintenance services for products not purchased through Rubi Workshop or products that have not been distributed in South Korea through Rubi Company's official distribution channel, Rubi Supply. Additionally, maintenance services are not available for products that have been issued through Rubi Garage, our official outlet channel, once the warranty period has expired.
The services at Rubi Engineer Bar follow this sequence: “Online Booking > Visit > Check-in and Diagnosis > Consultation with Assigned Mechanic > Maintenance.” Please note that maintenance cannot be completed on the same day, and the timing for when your bike will be ready for pickup depends on the condition of the product and the reservation schedule.
